Pricing and Fees

Published rates for OpsCore Eventz

Version 1.0 · Effective August 30, 2026

1. How OpsCore Eventz is licensed

OpsCore Eventz is licensed as a flat annual software subscription. There are no per-user, per-seat or per-event licence charges. An organization is billed one predictable annual amount, and the only variable is the number of registrations processed in a plan year.

Registrations were chosen as the metered value rather than staff seats because a district service agency runs professional learning with dozens of staff. Charging per seat would raise the price of the organizations that use the platform best.

2. Subscription rates

These are the published rates. They are not a starting point for negotiation: the same plan costs the same for every organization, and there are no discounts.

PlanRegistrations per yearPer monthPer year
CoreUp to 750$249$2,988
ProfessionalUp to 2,250$499$5,988
EnterpriseUnlimited$999$11,988

3. Included in every plan, at no additional charge

Plans differ only in the number of registrations included. No feature is withheld from a lower tier.

  • Unlimited events, and unlimited administrator, staff and attendee accounts
  • Registration forms with conditional logic, approvals and waitlists
  • Session scheduling, capacity management and attendee agendas
  • Check-in, attendance tracking and badge printing
  • Certificates and professional-development credit records
  • Participant communications, reminders and confirmations
  • Reporting, data export and the public REST API
  • Organization-branded registration pages, email and documents
  • Hosting, storage, software updates and standard support

4. Implementation and services

A one-time implementation fee of no more than $2,500 covers configuration, branding, registration form build, historical data migration, integration setup and administrator training. It is delivered remotely and is billed once at initiation; it never recurs.

Optional professional services — custom report development, additional system integrations, and training beyond the implementation package — are billed at no more than $175 per hour, only against a written authorization, with no minimum.

On-site delivery is provided only on written request at no more than $1,500 per day. All implementation, training and support are otherwise delivered remotely at no travel cost.

5. Travel

No travel expense is incurred without prior written authorization. Where on-site attendance is requested, travel is billed at actual cost and will not exceed federal GSA per-diem and mileage rates for the locality.

6. Registration overage

There is no overage fee. Registration allowances are reported, never enforced: a participant is never turned away because a plan's included registrations have been used, and no additional charge is raised.

Where usage consistently exceeds a plan, the organization may move to the next plan at renewal. This is a deliberate design decision — failing a registrant's submission on the morning of a conference is a worse outcome than a conversation about capacity.

7. Payment processing

OpsCore Eventz takes no percentage of registration revenue and charges no per-transaction fee.

Where an organization collects fees for its events, it uses its own merchant account and payment gateway. It pays only its own processor's rates, directly to that processor, and one hundred percent of registration fees remain with the organization. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are never stored by the platform.

8. Not charged

The following are included and are never billed separately:

  • Support tickets and assistance during implementation
  • Software updates and new features released during the term
  • Hosting, data storage and backups
  • Single sign-on configuration
  • API access
  • Data export, at any time and in open formats
  • Offboarding. There is no termination fee

9. Price protection

There are no discounts. The published rate for a plan is the rate every organization pays, which is what makes the price list above meaningful.

The price agreed at signing is firm for the initial term. Any change to the published price list applies only on written notice at renewal and is never applied retroactively to a term already purchased.

This is enforced by the software, not only by policy: the agreed price is recorded on the subscription itself when it is created and is never re-derived from the published price list, so a published increase cannot reach an organization that has already signed.
